Policies

Cancellation Policy48+ hours before your rental: Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.24 to 48 hours before your rental: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of pickup are eligible for a 50% refund.Less than 24 hours before your rental: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.No-shows: If you do not arrive for your rental and have not contacted us, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.How to cancel To cancel, please contact Monarch Powersports as soon as possible by phone or through the booking method used to make your reservation. Cancellation timing is based on your scheduled pickup time, not the time the reservation was made.Rescheduling If you need to change your rental date, we will do our best to help. Refunds are issued

Your safety comes first. If severe weather makes riding unsafe, Monarch Powersports may delay, reschedule, or cancel your rental. Conditions that may force cancellation include heavy rain, snow or ice, lightning, high winds, poor visibility, or other hazardous road or trail conditions.If we cancel your rental due to weather, you will have two options:Reschedule your rental for another available date, orReceive a full refund for the unused rental timeWe monitor weather closely and will contact you as soon as possible if conditions affect your reservation. In some cases, we may delay the start time to allow conditions to improve.Please note: light rain or changing forecasts do not always require cancellation. If conditions are considered safe and we remain open, rentals will operate as scheduled. If you choose not to ride and we have not canceled the reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply.If weather conditions change during your rental, contact us right away for guidance. We recommend checking the forecast before arrival and dressing appropriately for changing Utah weather.

Rental Experience

When you arrive at Monarch Powersports, our goal is to get you checked in quickly, safely, and ready to ride.1. Arrive early: Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time so we can complete check-in without cutting into your ride time.2. Bring your required documents: Have your valid government-issued photo ID ready. If your rental requires it, please also bring a valid motorcycle endorsement/license. We recommend having your booking confirmation available as well.3. Check in with our team: Come to the rental counter or front desk when you arrive. A team member will verify your reservation, review your rental details, and confirm your contact information.4. Complete paperwork: You will review and sign the rental agreement, waiver, and any required acknowledgment forms before the vehicle can be released.5. Final payment and authorization: If there is any remaining balance, security deposit, or card authorization due at pickup, we will process that during check-in.6. Safety briefing: Our staff will go over important operating and safety guidelines, including local riding rules, recommended riding practices, and any vehicle-specific

We recommend bringing: valid id, sunscreen, snacks, camera, and cash for fuel. All required safety equipment is provided.

Requirements

Renters must be 21+ with a valid motorcycle endorsement. Operators must be 18+ and meet licensing requirements for the vehicle rented.

A valid driver’s license is required for all rentals. Street-legal motorcycles require a motorcycle endorsement. Off-road models may not require an endorsement, but riders must meet age and ID requirements. Contact us to confirm your rental.

Damage & Liability

Damage PolicyTo protect both you and our equipment, a security deposit authorization is required at pickup. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and will be placed on a valid major credit card. This is a hold, not a charge, unless damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other rental agreement violations are found at return.Normal wear and tear is expected. This includes minor cosmetic use consistent with responsible riding, such as light dust, small scuffs, and routine tire wear. You are not charged for normal wear and tear.Damage includes any condition beyond normal use, including but not limited to:Dents, cracks, broken plastics, bent parts, or torn seatsScratches, gouges, or tip-over damage beyond light cosmetic wearWheel, tire, suspension, drivetrain, clutch, brake, or engine damageElectrical damage, dead batteries caused by misuse, or water-related damageMissing keys, chargers, accessories, documents, or safety equipmentAbuse, misuse, improper fueling/charging, unauthorized use, or off-limits ridingInspection
